Fun game, great artwork but much too easy. Would like to see some levels of difficulty.

I had heard good things about this, but Im disappointed with it. Nice little game with decent art style and a good interface, but it is just not challenging enough. I would not recommend buying it until they add some difficulty levels or increase the overall challenge.

This review is less for prospective players--I hope the developers read these too. I love this game and want more out of it. Too quickly I earned all the extra cards and I now find the game difficulty too easy. Can you make a more challenging option?

The first patch made this game MUCH easier by rigging the deck to never start you off with an unsurvivable first hand. You still have the option to sacrifice 5 health for a mulligan, but its NEVER needed now. The rigged deck also reduced the relative usefulness of the special cards that let you shuffle a card back into the deck, because now you already know that the deck has been rigged in your favor so you can just load up on high damage powers and turn your extra potions and such into bonus gold. The game is bogged down with some poor interface design choices. For instance, the game forces you to DRAG cards instead of being able to tap. The special power cards effects arent explained fully and the way you use them is unintuitive - why do I have to drag my equipped crossbow TOWARDS MY OWN FACE instead of to the monsters that Im about to shoot? Why isnt there a border around the backpack slot to remind you that its item cant be used directly? Why arent the hand slots and backpack slot on different sides of the avatar card? A patch added icons for status effects (like being able to survive fatal damage because you played Revive) but still doesnt explain which cards are wasted if its conditions arent met when you play it, and which have an ongoing effect that can be activated later. And they gave the Shop box creepy, distracting animations. The game incentivizes high scores with gold to buy new power cards, but some cards are clearly better than others (the devs actually censored the description of the most expensive cards to hide how brokenly powerful they are). You can choose to play with five random unlocked power cards, but then you have to face the nuisance of potentially losing because you made the mistake of unlocking a weak card.

Really nice game, graphics are well done, game mechanics are interesting but... So empty when all card have been won. Missing an adventure mode, new creatures, new special cards, new weapons. I want to spend more time on the game, but I difficulty find interest into trying to reach the top of the leaderboard. You have a special game, please make it amazing now!

I really like this game. I dont usually play card based tabletop games but this really captures the imagination. The interplay between the cards and the possible combinations of reminiscent of a good old fashioned card game like bridge or poker.

Im no card game expect but I find this game wildly appealing and highly replayable. Very well designed. Could use some work on swapping between menus (it can be a bit slow), but that is a small gripe amongst most high praise. Keep the updates coming!

Card Crawl was a great game before but now with new cards and daily challenges in the update, its an awesome game! Quick play and a good level of thinking is required. Love this game!

Definitely has me in its "one more go" clutches.

With the update, now with quests and a daily challenge, the game came into its own. I play it every day and continue to figure out further how the cards can combine. Hoping for more quest challenges...

I dont know what happened but when I updated the dealer just wouldnt deal I can start a game just fine be he just sits there and looks at me, never getting any cards to even deal. I hope this can be fixed soon because this game is really really fun.

Same as other reviewer... Dealer just sits there staring without any cards in hand..., I deleted savegame data to get it working again, now I have to redo all the quests and collect all the cards again :(

Size of the game is too big. Great game though.

Fun strategy card game. A little bit repetitive, and it takes a lot of similar games to complete quests.

Lots of fun to play, good for short play sessions (saves your mid game progress if you close the app) After 50 or so matches its getting a little repetitive. Needs more game types. But its a great start and a unique game.

The base game is pretty fun and the quests are cool, but it would be nice if the unlock-able characters had some kind of special abilities to make them worthwhile getting. Or change the cards so the archer uses a bow and arrow instead of a sword. Hoping to see some more game depth in future updates!

Interesting except crashed often. Tried multiple times before able to complete tutorial. Hope crash issues will be addressed. i6 9.1.

Fun like a good game should be. Simple to learn with good depth. Just get it. Youll smile.
